Help close the loop on marketing spend for every ecommerce brand.
Connect360 is building an AI marketing marketplace where every tool is measured against a holdout and paid only when it hits its target. This page is for accredited investors who want to learn more.
One measured system where every marketing dollar has to prove itself.
Large companies market in a closed loop: forecast, hold out a control group, measure real lift, cut what fails. Everyone else runs a pile of AI tools that grade their own work. Connect360 brings the closed loop to brands of every size.
A problem every brand has
Ecommerce brands now spend across many AI tools that don't share data and report their own success. Money leaks between tools, and between spend and proof.
A marketplace that earns on both sides
Brands pay a base fee every 30 days. Certified AI tool vendors earn performance fees only when they hit a locked target, and Connect360 keeps a share of those fees and of a bonus paid only on profit above target.
Data that compounds
Every client period scores every tool against a holdout. Each turn of the loop gives the engine more measured results to match tools to brands.
Built to grow with each brand
Four plans run from under $5K to over $100K a month in ad budget. Brands graduate to bigger plans as their budgets grow, and their data hands off with them.

Investor questions
Who can invest?
Only accredited investors, as defined by the SEC in Rule 501 of Regulation D. The definition generally turns on income, net worth, or certain professional credentials. You can read the SEC's investor resources at investor.gov.
Why do I need third-party verification?
Rule 506(c) allows a company to talk about its offering publicly, but it must take reasonable steps to verify that every investor is accredited. Independent review by VerifyInvestor.com's licensed attorneys meets that requirement and keeps your financial documents out of Connect360's hands.
Where can I see the offering terms?
Offering terms and documents are shared only in the data room, after your accredited status is verified.
Does Connect360 have customers or revenue yet?
Not yet. Connect360 is pre-launch: the product is designed, a clickable demo and MVP specification exist, and a pilot is opening for ecommerce brands and AI tool vendors.
Can I talk to someone first?
Yes. Submit the form, then reply to the email you receive with your questions.
