Collective360 · Cooperative advertising for local businesses

Advertise like one big company. Stay your own business.

Collective360 brings non-competing US small businesses together into a chapter. Members pool their ad budgets into one regional fund, so together they can compete for the premium, high-intent search placements that a single small budget rarely wins. One business per industry per chapter, so you never share leads with a competitor.

Why join

Three advantages a small budget can't buy on its own.

Scale

Many small, scattered budgets become one high-volume fund. The chapter buys like a much larger advertiser, with one AI-managed strategy instead of a dozen separate accounts.

Bidding power

Pooled budgets let the chapter compete with regional and national companies for premium, high-intent local search placements, the top spots that usually go to the biggest spender.

Industry exclusivity

One business per industry per chapter. The plumber in your chapter is you. Every lead for your trade comes to you, never to a competitor in the same group.

Who qualifies

Built for small businesses, and only small businesses.

Every member of a chapter is a peer: a US small business with a similar-sized budget. That keeps lead sharing fair and lead quality high, because no single member can outweigh the rest of the group. To join, a business must meet all three requirements.

1

For-profit and US-based

  • Organized and operating for profit
  • A physical place of business in the United States or a US territory
  • Operating primarily in the US

Nonprofits, government entities and businesses based outside the US aren't eligible.

2

Small by SBA standards

Your business, counted together with any affiliates, must fall under the SBA size standard for your industry (13 CFR Part 121). The standard depends on your NAICS code and is set by either:

  • Average annual receipts over your last 5 completed fiscal years, or
  • Average number of employees over the last 24 months

Check yours with the SBA size standards tool, or read the regulation.

3

Ad budget of $25,000 a month or less

≤ $25,000

Your total monthly advertising budget, across all channels, is $25,000 or less. Contributions to a chapter are capped at the same amount, so no member holds more than 250 base points.

Why these rules

Pooling only works when members are peers. When one large advertiser joins a group of small ones, it takes most of the leads, the shared budget tilts toward its market, and smaller members get crowded out. Keeping chapters to similar-sized small businesses keeps distribution fair and the leads relevant to everyone.

How we confirm it

You confirm eligibility when you apply. Before a chapter starts, we verify it, and we may ask for documents such as your business registration, EIN confirmation and a recent tax return. Eligibility is checked again at each renewal.

Collective360 uses the SBA's size standards as its definition of a small business. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

How it works

How a chapter works

Inspired by referral groups like BNI, built for digital advertising: a small group of trusted local businesses, one per trade, working together every month.

  1. 1

    Claim your seat

Reserve the one seat for your industry in your local chapter.

  2. 2

    Set your budget

Choose your monthly contribution and how long you commit: monthly, quarterly or annual.

  3. 3

    The chapter advertises

Budgets pool into one fund, and Connect360's AI bids for the chapter's highest-intent local searches.

  4. 4

    Leads are graded

Every inquiry is scored for intent, then routed to the right member by fair-share points.

  5. 5

    Adjust as you go

Scale your share up any time, or down once a quarter, without destabilizing the group.

Fair share

Your share of leads follows what you put in, and how long you commit.

Leads are shared by points, calculated the same way for every member. Every $100 of monthly ad contribution earns 1 base point. Longer commitments earn a boost, because they keep the chapter's bidding power steady.

Lead quality

Ready-to-buy customers first. Everyone else gets nurtured.

Every inquiry the chapter's ads bring in is graded automatically for intent, then sent down one of two tracks, so members spend their time on customers who are ready to hire.

A new inquiry arrives

A call, a quote request, a download or a form. The AI grading layer scores its intent in seconds.

High intentRouted instantly
  • Live inbound phone calls
  • Complete quote requests with a budget and timeline

Sent straight to the right member, shared across the chapter by fair-share points.

Low intentNurtured into ready-to-buy
  • General questions and document downloads
  • Forms left incomplete

An automated text and email conversation follows up within 15 minutes. If the person shows real interest, the lead is upgraded to high intent and routed. If not, it stays in Connect360's ongoing nurture program, which keeps working to turn it into a ready-to-buy lead for the chapter. Chapter leads are never sold to outside buyers.

Flexible and stable

Room to adjust, without weakening the group.

When local costs per click spike or your season slows, an AI agent helps you scale your share down, for example from 100% to 60%. A few simple rules protect everyone else's bidding power.

Once a quarter

Each member can reduce their budget at most once per quarter, so the chapter's fund stays predictable.

On the chapter's budget date

Changes take effect on the chapter's monthly budget allocation date, never mid-month, so live campaigns aren't disrupted.

A 30-day bridge

The capacity you release is offered to the chapter first. Current members can scale up into it, or the chapter can bring in a new business, before bidding changes.

Who it's for

Local small businesses whose customers search before they call.

Each chapter covers one local market and seats one business per trade. Examples of the trades a chapter can include:

FAQ

Collective questions

Is Collective360 live?

Not yet. We're forming founding chapters now. Join the list and we'll contact you when a chapter forms in your area.

Who qualifies for Collective360?

US small businesses only. A member must be for-profit with a place of business in the United States or a US territory, small under the SBA size standard for its industry (counting affiliates), and spend $25,000 a month or less on advertising in total.

Why limit it to small businesses?

Pooling only works among peers. A large advertiser in a group of small ones would take most of the leads and pull the shared budget toward its own market. Keeping chapters to similar-sized small businesses keeps lead distribution fair and lead quality high.

What if my business grows past the limits?

Eligibility is checked at each renewal. If you've outgrown the size standard or your ad budget is above $25,000 a month, Connect360's plans are built for businesses at that stage.

What does "one business per industry" mean?

Each chapter seats only one business per trade. If you hold the plumbing seat, no other plumber can join your chapter, so leads for your trade are never split with a competitor in the group.

Will we get the top ad position?

No one can promise a position; ad platforms run live auctions. What pooling changes is how much the chapter can bid together, so it can compete for premium, high-intent placements that a single small budget usually can't reach.

How are leads shared?

Leads for your trade come to you. Where a lead could go to more than one member, high-intent leads are shared by fair-share points: $100 of monthly contribution earns 1 point, boosted 1.1× for quarterly and 1.25× for annual commitments.

Can I lower my budget?

Yes, once per quarter. The change takes effect on the chapter's monthly budget date, and the released capacity is offered to the chapter for 30 days.

What does it cost to join?

Your monthly contribution goes into the chapter's ad fund. Membership terms for founding chapters will be shared in writing before a chapter starts.

How does this relate to Connect360?
